In conjunction with an iOS device, Apple's AirPods provide many useful features. For example, Apple has integrated a double-tap feature that triggers certain actions when you tap twice on one of the earpieces twice. What happens after that, you can adjust yourself. Connect
To make settings for your AirPods, first connect them to your Apple device. If you have already used it, it is enough to open the loading case with them. When Bluetooth is enabled on the iOS device, the headset is then automatically paired with it. If you have just unpacked your new gadget and have not yet put it into operation, open the loading case and place it next to your iPhone or iPad. The setup wizard then starts. Tap "Connect" and then "Done" as soon as the connection has been successfully established.
Double-tap customization

More options
Apple offers you in the AirPods settings further possibilities for the adjustment of the wireless headphones. For example, you can set the name of the gadget displayed on your smartphone under "Name". For example, "Auto Ear Detection" automatically starts playing music as soon as you insert the AirPods into your ears. Since both ear parts each have a microphone, you can also select under "Microphone", which should be used for example in a call.Summary:
