LG G6 Launch: Smartphone will be unveiled on February 26th

The Korean manufacturer LG is launching a press conference on the previous day of the MWC 2017. And there it can really only be about the release of the new flagship LG G6, which the Koreans probably want to present to the public in Barcelona.

Like Motorola, Nokia and perhaps Samsung with the Galaxy S8, LG does not seem to want to take the big stage in the Spanish Mediterranean metropolis Barcelona to celebrate the launch of its new top model LG G6. The invitation for the 26th of February at noon clearly makes it clear that it is about a new smartphone to go, Phone Arena writes.

LG G6: New flagship one of the highlights in Barcelona?

The slogan "See More, Playmore", is based on the invitation to the MWC 2016: "Play Begins" a year ago, and then showed LG then his LG G5. So now "Play More" with the LG G6. Does anyone have any doubts? The G6 should therefore become one of the absolute highlights of the MWC 2017 - unless the Koreans suddenly decided to show the assembled Tech world press a Bluetooth-controllable Smart Home toaster.

About the LG G6 are already some fairly safe rumors in circulation: It is to have an unusual aspect ratio of 9:18 and equipped with a 5.7-inch display with 4K resolution. The technology of the screen should not be OLED, but LCD. The narrower aspect ratio is to support the multi-window mode of Android 7.0 Nougat better, because the available space on the display is better to be used. Unconfirmed rumors from the past few weeks say that the modular design is a thing of the past and the back of glass is. The LG G6 could be waterproof and will appear on the market from March 10th.

In terms of intrinsic values, the powerful Snapdragon 835 processor seems to be a safe bet. Also sure to be 4GB RAM and a dual camera. Absolute safety in the LG G6 is then just before the MWC 2017, which takes place from 27 February in Barcelona.
