Samsung seeks beta testers for Android 6.0 Marshmallow

Samsung will soon update its equipment when on Android 6.0 Marshmallow apparently to make sure that there will be no problems. Therefore now beta testers are sought for the new version of the Google operating system in South Korea.

A total of eleven Samsung devices are well supplied in the first quarter 2016 with Android 6.0 marshmallow, including of course the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy Note 5. How SamMobile now reports examined the electronics group in the South Korean home currently by beta testers that the latest version to check the mobile operating system from Google through its paces. Quite accurately studied by Samsung Galaxy S6 or owners of a Galaxy S6 Edge customers are one of the two major Korean mobile operator LG U + or KT. Whether Samsung plans similar beta testing in other countries and perhaps even in Germany, is still unknown. The Dutch Samsung subsidiary declared but at least compared to SamMobile that a beta test is not planned there. The test in South Korea is still running until January 18. Previously expected to Android 6.0 marshmallow for Samsung devices so most likely it will not appear.

Android 6.0 Marshmallow is indeed available since early October, but has not yet officially arrived on Samsung devices. The reason is that the Google operating system from any smartphone maker be adapted to the user's own needs - in the case of the Samsung TouchWiz UI. In the past, they have led many a time on issues that Samsung now want to exclude apparently with the Beta Test.
