Who has time? Google's new app Who's Down provides the answer

Google is testing a new app: Who's Down connects friends and shows who just has time to do something. With the built-in chat function of the search giant apparently other apps like WhatsApp Messenger or Facebook Messenger will compete.

Google has released a new app for iOS and Android on Friday: Who's Down is now available for download on Google Play and Apple's App Store. The information on the application so far are quite sparse - an official announcement by Google is also still pending. In addition, the mysterious app is currently available only by prior invitation. In return you can register with their e-mail address already in Google.
