iOS 9.1 makes for problems with Touch ID

iPhone and iPad appeared to have once again problems with the Touch ID. By iOS 9.1, the fingerprint sensor on any device intended to work only sometimes incorrectly or not at all. A solution is not yet in sight.

iOS 9 apparently not yet running completely error-free, even after the recent software update. On some iPhones and iPads, the latest version of iOS 9.1 will obviously cause problems with the fingerprint sensor Touch ID, as AppleInsider reported. Accordingly, the complaints about a worse performance of the fingerprint sensor would be in the support community of Apple currently piling.

Touch ID evidently slow and inaccurate
The reports of users ranging from slow response times on erroneous recognition to complete precipitation of Touch ID. A solution to the problems currently does not seem to be in sight. In some cases, it is designed to help briefly that iPhone or iPad to restart or performing a reset. However, after a short time the problems will reoccur.

Downgrade no longer possible to iSO 9.0.2
Who suffers from the problems, has therefore currently no ways to circumvent them. A downgrade to iOS 9.1 to iOS 9.0.2 back is in fact no longer possible since the end of October. Thus, concerned users remains far probably only the chance to just wait that Apple fixes the problems with another software update. Currently, there is already iOS 9.2 in a public beta test and may be used by interested users. Whether the update is, however, able to fix the error, is not yet known.

For Apple, it is not the first time that an iOS version causes problems with Touch ID. Already iOS 8.0.1 and iOS 8.3 had caused in the past year for a lot of frustration for iPhone owners. Among the current problems, the Group has not yet been expressed.
