Windows 10: Extensions for Edge come until 2016

The promised enhancements to the Edge browser from Windows 10 now come but until 2016. Originally, Microsoft had already promised for this end 2015th A large Windows 10 update is expected for November yet.

In a statement with respect to The Verge Microsoft announced on Thursday that Edge-users have to wait until 2016 if they want to include extensions to the browser. Together with Windows 10, Microsoft had also presented the new web browser Edge in summer. In our test, the end of July this made especially when working tempo and the clear menu structure quite a good figure. However, what was missing were the popular browser extensions that make competitors Firefox and Chrome to genuine all-round talent. The Microsoft actually wanted to supply later for Edge by year's end, but it is now only times nothing.

Late shift to 2016
