Since the sale of the smartphone division to Microsoft in 2013, it was quiet at Nokia. Now the Finnish company reports, however back in the field of consumer electronics and it plans to have the acquisition of SmartWatch manufacturer Withings. EUR 170 million will the former mobile phone giant consequently place for the French company at the table.
